Born: 9. June in New York - A Gemini - Shares birth date with Cole Porter, Les Paul, and Robert McNamara
Began studying saxophone in October 1963
Participated in a wide variety of ensembles including wind ensembles; jazz big bands and small combos; pop, R & B, blues and rock groups; and chamber groups on saxes, flutes, clarinet, oboe and guitar.

Studied saxophone and composition at Syracuse University.
First encounter with Konpa was in Autumn of 1981 with Tabou Combo; has remained a strong advocate ever since.
Joined Magnum Band in January 2001.
